I first met Jenn through mutual friends in Arizona, where we were both attending graduate school. Our friend groups intertwined and I started to see more of her. She was impossible to miss; she was truly the most gorgeous woman I had ever seen, with her beautiful smile and stunning blue eyes. When I finally got the chance to speak with her, we immediately hit it off. At first we only spoke occasionally, but every time we did it was the highlight of my day. We had a lot in common, loved spending time together, and quickly became good friends. I certainly wanted to be more than friends with Jenn, but it took some time and convincing. A few of our dental and PA school friends decided to move into a house together. To be honest, I tried to kiss her the first week we moved in and that didn't exactly pan out. I looked forward to coming home to spend every evening with her. We made each other laugh, even through the difficult times. She was my favorite person in the world. We were best friends, and it didn't take long until we fell in love and she didn't need any more convincing. I joke now that the way to win a woman over is to befriend them for 2 years, become very close, move into a house together, and slowly but surely, she'll be yours. We have since moved to New Hampshire where Jenn has pursued her dream of working in Cardiac Surgery and I am working as a dentist. We have enjoyed living in a new part of the country, and have spent many long weekends exploring New England together. In January 2018, I surprised Jenn with a trip to Vermont and asked her to marry me at the beautiful Woodstock Inn. We can't wait to celebrate our marriage with our family and friends in a part of the country that Jenn grew up in and that we have grown to love together. We know that many of you will travel far distances to celebrate with us; we thank you, and look forward to seeing you in August!
