Question

What precautions will you be taking in light of the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear a mask whenever possible during our ceremony and reception. We will provide a mask for any guest who does not have one upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will also be stationed throughout the venue. All of our vendors will be wearing masks (and gloves as appropriate). Gloved and masked vendors will serve food to each guest, and we are eliminating high contact items and surfaces (i.e. guest books, photo booths). We have spaced out our ceremony seating, and we are limiting our reception seating to 60% of normal capacity. We will also have several extra spaced out chairs at the back of the ceremony area and several tables set up outside under the shaded patio for those who wish to maintain social distancing throughout the evening. Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at The Venue at Daisy Hill in Fayetteville, GA. The ceremony and the reception will be held at the same location. There is ample parking onsite for all guests, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, so we ask that you arrive around 4:45pm. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour with light appetizers and drinks. Dinner, dessert, and dancing will follow. We hope to see you on September 26!

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

We hope for an outdoor ceremony, but in the event of inclement weather, we will move it indoors. Our reception will be held inside.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and we are hoping to keep the guest list limited. If your invitation indicates "and Guest," we are happy to accommodate you and your date.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony, you turn off your cell phones and cameras. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing the day, and we will be happy to share our photos with you after the wedding. If you do take photos during the reception, please tag us on social media so we can enjoy them as well!
