For those traveling or wishing to stay the night, please see our recommendations by clicking the “Travel” tab. Please note that there is a 50 minute drive between the ceremony and reception. For those traveling who are planning to join us for the entirety of our wedding weekend, we recommend that you stay in Glastonbury so that you are closest to the family!
Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to/from our venue(s). Please preschedule transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking, we want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
Because our ceremony will start promptly at 1 pm, we ask that you please arrive 30 minutes prior at 12:30 pm. This will ensure that you have time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted. Please arrive at 5 pm at Harkness State Park to be just in time for the start of cocktail hour! You will not be granted to enter the mansion prior to 5 pm, however if you are a few minutes early, you are welcome to walk the grounds and gardens.
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal attire for the evening, meaning women should wear maxi/midi length dresses or gowns and men should wear tuxedos or suits. Wear whatever color you may like but please no white. Feel free to be inspired by our beautiful 1930’s mansion and garden in spring bloom that we will be gathering in!
When you arrive at SS. Isidore and Maria Parish, please make your way to their lot at the back of the church. You can enter the church through the back or front door and will be guided to your seat. When you arrive at Harkness State Park you will drive past the gate (you do not need to stop at the gate) and up until their parking lots. There will be a private section for this event that you can park in. For those needing assistance, there will be a golf cart to transport you from here to the mansion.
