Is there a shuttle?

Answer

There will be a single 48 person shuttle leaving from the main entrance of Spirit Mountain Casino Hotel at 3:00pm. This is first come, first serve basis. The same shuttle will be departing the venue at 9:45pm to return back to the casino. Unfortunately due to limited shuttle space, some people may need to drive separately. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue has a strict occupancy limit and we are unable to accommodate all of the kiddos. While we love and adore your minis, please plan ahead for childcare! We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, only those listed on the invitation are accounted for in our guest count.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code, but we are asking guests to dress semi-formal. Of course, wear what you're most comfortable in and plan for both rain and shine as Oregon weather in May is unpredictable!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will have a charcuterie-style appetizer board immediately following the ceremony as well as buffet-style dinner!

Can I bring outside alcohol?

Answer

No - Per OLCC and our venue's alcohol policy, any outside alcohol will result in immediate cessation of the event. However, we will be offering beer, wine, and cider.
