Are there plus ones?

Answer

If you recieved a plus one on your contact information & on your wedding invitation then yes! You would have also filled this out with your name and you guests name on the contact information form.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It should be really nice in Duluth for end of summer ! However you never know what the wind of Lake Superior can bring. We will all be covered beacasue our ceremony and reception is inside!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

NO KIDS SORRY.... We thought hard on this one. Unless you are coming from out of state for our wedding there will not be addtional kids there . We have a large family and friend group, it just wouldn't be possible . We want to say thank you to everyone for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors open @4:20PM and ceremony is @ 5PM get in your seats no later than 4:50PM or you will not be let in for ceremony.

Where is the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be held at the Greysolon Ballroom 231 E Superior St Duluth, MN 55802 Greysolon Ballroom by Blackwoods and Greysolon Ballroom are the same place on google, so don't be confused.

Where should I sit? (Ceremony)

Answer

Besides the couple rows of seats you will see reserved near front and a few random ones ! The ceremony is just based on who arrives first! There is a spot for everyone we appreciate you all for coming!

When you get there you will see a seating chart with your name and table number.

We will do buffet style dinner and be eating between 7-7:30PM

In your rsvp there will be a spot to let us know how we can help you ! If you need to double check email or call Jorden and/or Jennah.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes we will be! There will be a full service CASH - ONLY bar and there will be a small portable bar in other wing of ballroom. We will also be paying for four kegs , this is one of our guest favors!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We would love the ceremony to be phone free so everyone can enjoy our day! There will be a bar code to scan at the reception for pictures!

Where can I find the photos afterward?

Answer

You will be shared a link on your thank you card with photos we collected from guests and photographers! This will be active for three months after our wedding!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes we do ! Here on the website we do have a registry page detailing this information.

What does parking look like?

Answer

There will be limited parking next to the venue & reception . However across the street there are multiple hotels we added within our travel section . If you are staying there you can park there . If you are staying farther there is uber / street parking . For street parking download Park Duluth .

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair and handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is elevators and ramps if needed.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

You better dance your ass off.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception.

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour in the west end lounge and hall outside of the ballroom.

Will there be a coat and gift check service?

Answer

Yes, there will be both! When you walk up to the ballroom there will be a attendant working to take your coat and give you a number. If you have any gifts you can drop them off there also.

Are there colors that guest should avoid wearing to wedding?
