FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jennah Davern and Michael Zapeta
FAQ’s for the special day:
Question

Is the ceremony/ reception indoors or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We're embracing whatever the day brings! Should the weather become severe, we have the option to move the ceremony indoors, so we'll be prepared either way.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We'd love to see you arrive between 3:30 and 3:45pm. This gives you plenty of time to park and get comfortably settled before the ceremony begins at 4pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests wear semi-formal attire. Please refrain from casual wear such as jeans and t-shirts. We encourage you to choose an outfit that makes you feel both elegant and comfortable for an evening of celebration and dancing!

Question

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

We absolutely adore your children, but we've decided to make our celebration an adults-only affair. We hope you'll enjoy this as a special evening out—consider it a well-deserved night away! Due to space limitations at our venue, we're keeping our celebration intimate and by invitation only. We've carefully planned our guest list, so we kindly ask that you attend as indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions about your RSVP, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we don't receive your RSVP by September 7th, we'll need to mark you as unable to attend so we can confirm our final guest count with our venue and vendors. We understand that life gets busy, but this deadline is essential for our planning. We'd love to have you celebrate with us—please respond as soon as you're able!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll be offering an open bar with beer and wine for all our guests throughout the celebration. Fair warning—with professional photography on hand, any memorable moments will be beautifully (and permanently) captured!
