Our Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Formal Attire
Kids are welcomed but please be aware that there is a room to the left of the ceremony room entry door for you to use in the event that your child needs a break. As the ceremony is being recorded, we know you will be mindful of background noise. We appreciate your cooperation in using this room so that background noise is kept to a minimum.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Formal Attire
Following the Ceremony there will be a cocktail hour. During which you can explore the venue with a relaxing cocktail and enjoy playing games. There will be games in the patio area and a big screen TV in groom's room. Please be respectful of the venues' games in the grooms room. Also if you need to freshen up the bride's room will be available to use with mirrors and a big screen TV as well. While we all love to have good time please be aware of the center pieces due to being fragile and small children running around. Adult supervision is needed when children are playing games to prevent injury. We appreciate your cooperation and enjoy the event.
Dinner/Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire
Following the cocktail hour there will be a dinner buffet. While we all love children please be attentive to children whereabouts due to kitchen staff coming and going through a swinging door. Also please be mindful of the center pieces due to them having an open flame. Please be aware that there is a room to the left of the ceremony entry door for you to use in the event that your child needs a break. As the reception is being recorded, we know you will be mindful of background noise. We appreciate your cooperation in using this room so that background noise is kept to a minimum. There will be alcohol served at the reception please ensure safe passage home and do not promote underage drinking.
