This is our favorite local coffee shop! Full breakfast and lunch menu and the pastries are made in house! Jenna's drink of choice is a black cold brew with vanilla cold foam, extra foam.
Shortway Brewing
Located right next door to Stable Grounds Coffee, Shortway offers a variety of local beers and has indoor/outdoor seating with a fire pit and corn hole. Family and dog friendly!
34 North Restaurant
Located within the Beaufort Hotel, this is one of our favorite brunch spots! We love sitting outside on the waterfront enjoying some great food and cup of coffee or mimosa!
Fort Macon State Park
Located just down the road from the Dunes Club, Fort Macon is the 2nd most visited state park in NC, despite being one of the smallest. We love taking Banks for walks around the 3.2 mile nature trail with views of the ocean and the historical sites. There is also a public beach access here with free parking and public restrooms.
