Best Man
Parker is a close friend of both the bride and groom. Fun fact about Parker: He is actually the catalyst for our relationship! But I'm sure you will hear all about that in his Best Man speech. Tavis and Parker went to Concordia together and shared plenty of late nights, working through their music education classes together. While attending Concordia, Parker worked at Hornbacher's, where he met Jenna and also eventually convinced Tavis to get a job, and the rest is history!
McKenzie Volk

Hi I’m McKenzie Volk and I’m Jenna’s friend. Jenna and I have known each other since 3rd grade basketball. Fast forward to 8th grade, I had just moved back to Beach and we became great friends and spent all of high school and most of undergrad together as well. The best way to describe our friendship is that we are almost the complete opposite but that never mattered to us. Some of my best memories with Jenna go from laying on her bed in high school laughing hysterically with our feet in the air cause we probably didn’t get any sleep to our Fargo adventures at any random time of day. I’m very excited to be apart of Jenna and Tavis’s special day!

Hi, I’m Rebeka! I've been friends with Jenna since 8th grade, and our bond has only grown stronger over the years. We've shared so many amazing memories and adventures together. I’m thrilled to be standing by her side on her special day and can’t wait to celebrate this new chapter in her life!

Jayden is the middle brother of the groom’s. Throughout the last four years, he has really stepped up to help us with Archer (and he’s our number one megablock supplier). We’re so excited to have him join us on such an important occasion!

Hello! My name is Emily and I’m lucky to be the brides sister. Even though Jenna kept joking that this would be a child free wedding so I couldn’t come, mom and dad said that if she didn’t let me be in her wedding party that they would take her off the family phone plan so here I am!

Beau is the groom’s youngest brother. He has also been a great uncle to Archer, and has always been happy to entertain him, even if it meant Archer would be opening and closing his door 15 times just to say hi (in a 10 minute time span). We are so excited to spend this day with him by our sides!

One half of my biggest supporters and the funniest man I know When he isn't trying to throw food at you or forcefeed you candy, my dad is the kindest, most giving person you'll ever meet. Arguably, the thrown food and candy ARE gifts - so maybe he's still the most giving person you'll ever meet WHILE he's throwing food or forcefeeding candy. He fostered a love of art in all of his children, and I proudly walk around with that art on my body, personally tattooed by him. Even in the worst moods, he will have you cracking up over seemingly nothing. I wouldn't be the hilarious, sarcastic, witty person I am today if it wasn't for him. (If you get a chance to chat with him at the wedding, ask him about the time he threw a cheeseburger at me)

The other half of my biggest supporters - in school, in life, and in motherhood. My mom has always stepped up any time I asked - when she started teaching at my school, I asked her so sweetly (read: forced her) to coach speech and drama so I could stay in the one activity I enjoyed, and she did it with no complaints. She proofread my essays, helped me with math, and did my taxes for me every year. Now, she proofreads my emails, gives me advice on Archer, and answers my questions about filing my taxes every year (sorry mom). There's no one else who could have prepared me for this life than my mom did, and I will appreciate that endlessly.

Jenna's older brother and 2nd all-time favorite roommate (his girlfriend Melissa takes #1). From sharing a bunk bed to arguing over who got custody of our cat in 2021 (James won, I miss you Muffin), we have been by each other's side through everything the last 25 years have thrown at us. Even though he claimed I snored too much when we both lived at home, he was still willing to move in with me in Fargo, and we've been besties ever since.

Jenna's younger brother and the other half of the "Middle Child Duo" Ethan and I definitely went through our sibling rivalry phase (I blame mom for making me babysit), but now we're closer than ever. There's no one I would rather ask about how football works every single season (even though he's explained it to me for the last three years) and I'm SURE he feels the same way.
