Pololū Valley is a must visit- we make the trip out there each time we visit the island! It's a relatively short hike down to a beautiful black sand beach and sacred ancient hawaiian burial site.

The most beautiful look out on the island! Although there isn't beach access, the stop at Tex Drive-In for malasadas makes the drive well worth it.

Waipio Valley

BEST BEACH EVER!!! If you're looking for white sand and crystal clear water, this is the spot. Bring snorkel gear because you may spot a turtle!

If you have a 4 wheel drive and some good walking shoes, you'll find a local hidden gem!

Makalawena Beach

The best beer and pizza in Kona. You'll likely end up with some swag on your way out!
