Celebrate our marriage!

We met on Mutual, the LDS dating app, we bonded over our shared love for music, animals, the gospel, and our mutual ties to California—where Jenna grew up and where Svy is from. Svy was pretty persistent about taking Jenna out. After some roses, a respectful dinner with her parents, and a few lookout dates, we both knew this was something special. At the time, Svy was living in Rexburg, Idaho, attending BYU-Idaho, but he made the move to Utah not long after we started dating so we could be together. Early in March, at a lookout on the road to Ogden Canyon Trail, Svy proposed—and of course, Jenna said yes. We eloped at Carmel Beach in Monterey, California, with our parents and sisters there to share the moment. Now, we’re so excited to have a reception to celebrate with the rest of our friends and family!
