Abby is a fellow Clemson tiger and when her and Jenna met at Clemson it just made sense. It seems like they've known each other forever - immediately bonding over high achieving older siblings, the meaning of life, and still having fun laughing and dancing in between. Abby lived in NYC when Jenna and Samuel were prospective visitors - as the ultimate tour guide (thanks CUGA) - she made all of their reservations, showed all of the highlights, not to mention personalized voice memos on how to operate the subway. Tragically as Jenna and Samuel moved from Charleston to NYC, Abby moved from NYC to Charleston to start medical school. Now we make the most of visiting one another and look forward to living in the same city again!
Andrew Collins

Andrew was Jenna's Orientation Ambassador at Clemson. He immediately saw the scalloped Lilly Pulitzer shorts and shy but particular demeanor and initiated a friendship. Jenna and Andrew developed their friendship through Activities Committee at Clemson. A committee which put on events around campus including the Miss Homecoming Pageant. A lot of long days and late nights studying and planning sealed the deal. Andrew worked on drafting up beautiful architectural drawings and Jenna created the vibes by casting a 10hr fireplace video on the tv of the study room. Now they both live in New York City and they have regular dinners with Andrew's boyfriend Rob, a welcomed edition to the Jenna, Madelyn, and Andrew trio. A match made in heaven - Jenna looks forward to him designing her and Samuel's home one day.
Anna-Frances Reinert

Anna-Frances! Jenna's future sister in law. Jenna and Anna-Frances connected on being the baby girls in their respective family dynamics. They've now traveled the world together and text about micro trend obsessions like Labubus, tv shows, music and overall anything that is downright silly. There is no better person to take the honorable spot of Jenna's very first sister. Here's to many more fun family adventures to come and becoming horse ladies at 60.
Carla Suarez

Carla and Jenna were interns at GEICO together in Macon, GA one fateful summer. They continued to keep in touch, visiting each other back and forth between Clemson and GA. They were reunited a few years ago when Carla moved to NYC and spent many a night trying new restaurants, new experiences, and yoga classes together. Carla is probably the only person who could convince Jenna to visit her in Australia (24+ hr travel time for those wondering) when she was working abroad. Visiting Australia also turned into traveling to Bali together where Jenna and Carla became each others Ubu for life. Carla is the most adventuring, open minded, and fun loving friend - there will be many more trips to come with the two of them.

Emma and Jenna first met at Clemson when Jenna worked for Emma's mom. Being 2 years older, Rose-Ellen told Jenna to look out for Emma but Jenna quickly learned that Emma is not a woman who needs any looking out for. They later met through Tour Guides and when Jenna and Samuel started quietly dating Senior year - it was only fitting that Emma had also started quietly dating one of Samuel's roommates - Steven. Well now Emma and Steven are married, Jenna and Samuel are getting married, and they've all traveled the world together - feel old yet?

Jess and Jenna bonded over being 'edgy girly girls' in college. There is no real origin story because they were instantly friends. Jess has been there since day dot of Jenna and Samuels relationship - truly seeing every phase. From late night pizza at Todaros downtown Clemson, to lunches at Loose Change, post-exam weekends in med school, and the birth of Le Club de Souper - a Wednesday night super club established once Jenna moved to Charleston in 2020 - the adventure is just beginning. The dream of owning a duplex in Charleston with Jess and her wife Ashlyn is still very alive and well as is the reintroduction of Le Club de Souper for the first time in 6 years (some traditions deserve to never die!).

Jenna knew Katelyn originally through a mutual friend who took Katelyn's Raleigh blogger photos in 2018 (hi Glory!). After being under her fashion, beauty, and amazon purchase influence for a few years - when Katelyn and her husband Kyle moved to NYC a year before Jenna and Samuel, Jenna saw the opportunity to send Katelyn a dm asking if they could be friends (including a photo she took with Katelyn's frenchie Lou at a holiday party for good measure). One double date later and the rest is history - now Katelyn's scheduling Jenna's wedding dress appointments at Kleinfeld's.
Lindsay Looper Leslie

Lindsay Looper Leslie - a fellow member of the Activities Committee and a fellow Clemson tiger. Lindsay is one of those women who can truly do it all - she can plan an entire event with clear direction and ease (in high heels no less) and then boogie down in teal crocs in Clemson's now long gone dance bar - 356. Jenna and Lindsay share a passion for bossing people around to execute the PERFECT event - most of Lindsay's friends and family members thought Jenna was the party planner for her husbands 30th birthday party. Lindsay is a friend for life and although the distance between Conway SC and NYC is long, it's nothing a last minute Spirit flight can't handle.
Madelyn Heard

Jenna and Madelyn met through a mutual friend (hellloo Andrew Collins) when Madelyn joined for dinner one evening. After said mutual friend left for an early bedtime, Jenna and Madelyn spent the next 3 hours window shopping on a chilly 5th Avenue and staring at the Rockefeller Christmas tree. From that night on, many more dinners at Bloom's Tavern (also our post engagement party spot) commenced. Before Madelyn sadly moved from New York City to Dallas, Jenna could walk to her apartment on auto-pilot. It became the go-to for when Samuel was working nights - full of watching movies, face masks, card games, laughing and catching up. Oh, and don't forget the post sleepover diner experience the next morning. What a joy to meet a new friend who knows you almost instantly!
