Best Western Mountain Lodge At Banner Elk

This is the closest hotel option but does require a 2-night stay. We have a small block of rooms reserved (Powell/Greaney Wedding) with special pricing ($162+tax/night) until July 19. There are a few rooms that are pet friendly for an extra fee. Located in Banner Elk, at the bottom of Beech Mountain, 6 miles/18 minutes from Overlook Barn.

Beech Mountain Getaways, several condo options with incredible views about ½ mile from the venue. Most are 2BR/2Ba and range from $350-$400 day. Ask about Klonteska and Southcrest units for best location.

Carolina Cabin Rentals (929-295-6000) Cabins and mountainside homes with 3-4 bedrooms averaging $450 night. Most require multiple night stay. Make sure you stay within a 2-mile range when possible.

AirBnB and VRBO

VRBO/AirBnB are also options—just try to stay within that 2-mile range. Boone and Blowing Rock are beautiful places as well with more accommodations but can be a 45-minute drive from Beech Mountain and it’s ASU student move-in weekend.
