You can no longer RSVP to our Wedding

We are sad to miss you for our big day in Key Largo How We Met As told by RJ Chalmers: RJ first laid eyes on his beautiful future wife while visiting Tampa Bay Sporting Clays a few days before Christmas in 2020, while trying to pick up a gift certificate for my buddy, Keith. Unfortunately. Tampa Bay Sporting Clays was out of gift certificates, and the manager (Jenna) had to get involved in the situation. For all of you that are wondering, you are now able to purchase gift certificates online and no longer need to go to the location to purchase them. During this encounter, Jenna left an extremely memorable impression on me. It was actually a story that was once told in a Top 100,000 hit called “Jenna.” If you can attend the wedding, this cream puff of a jingle may even be played. After working with Jenna’s sister-in-law (Corey) for nearly a year, Corey constantly told me that I should meet up with Jenna and go on a date. I refused for the first six months, as I was intimidated by such a fierce, independent, kind, beautiful woman. Fast forward six months, and I finally gained the courage to reach out to the "nice, nice" lady that I met a few months prior. After talking on the phone and exchanging messages for a few days, these two love birds realized they both shared a love for tacos and decided to meet up at good ole’ Ponchos in San Antonio. Jenna was fashionably late to the party, while RJ was over an hour early. Neither of us really remember the food because we were both too damn shy and didn’t want to overeat in front of one another. Between the both of us, we ate no more than 12 chips, a quarter ounce of salsa, and a ½ taco. Come to find out, Jenna was mad when she left because she was still hungry and still blames RJ to this day for not eating enough. ***This should have been the first red flag*** During the meal, RJ could feel Jenna falling in love with him. After spraying her down with a fire extinguisher from the kitchen, Jenna was able to cool her jets and act civil. On the way out of the restaurant. As we departed, I was trying to be gentlemanly, and I walked Jenna to her car. Unprepared for what was going to happen next, I will warn you the following events are a bit graphic. Jenna looked at me with lust in her eyes and told me to “get in the passenger seat.” At this moment, I had the chance to run, although, as you all know, I can’t run. Realizing I was between a rock and a hard plate, I obliged the request and entered her car. It was at this moment, I remembered all the times my mom and dad told me never to get in a stranger’s vehicle. I had no whistle to call for help and was not sure of this woman’s desires. ***This was the second red flag that I foolishly ignored.*** As it turns out, Jenna drove 27 feet down the road and parked at San Ann Park, where Jenna forcefully kicked me out of her car, and then proceeded to pull out a cooler with ice-cold beer in it. Jenna popped a top, and we then enjoyed the next 2 hours just talking about ourselves, and getting to know one another. I am blessed that she is not a “crazy” person, and she did not do bad things to me. After a few more adventures, these two lovebirds began their journey together. We look forward to seeing you on 2-4-2024 as we begin the next chapter of our lives.
