Our wedding is an all-black semi formal event. For men, we kindly request black pants or your best jeans paired with a black collared shirt. For women, we encourage any semi formal black dress or any other semi formal all black outfit. We appreciate everyone dressing to reflect the elegant tone of our special day! To help with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, our preferred deadline is October 31st 2025 in order to provide the venue with a final guest count. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you will not be able to attend.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be specifically listed on your personal invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
While children are welcome, we would encourage parents to use our wedding as an opportunity to have a "date night". As much as we love your little ones, we would love for you to be able to relax and enjoy a night off! With the exception of immediate family and out of state guests, our wedding will mostly be an adults only event.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
In typical Jencks family fashion, we will be having the famous Karens Concessions to cater our wedding. If you know us, you know this business hold a special place in our hearts. The food truck will be placed conveniently outside of the venue and will be open all evening for your enjoyment.
