The room rate is $169; if you attempt to book and it is not this price, please go back to make sure you have the group code entered correctly. Our rate is only good until October 25, so please make sure you book as soon as possible to secure the discounted price. If you prefer not to stay at the Hyatt, there are several options on Racetrack Road.
Yes! We will be offering transportation from the Hyatt, where we will be staying and reserving a block of rooms, to the venue. The 54-passenger bus will leave the Hyatt at 3:30. Check-in is as 3:00. While early check-ins are not guaranteed, we encourage you to try to be at the hotel early in order to get situated before the shuttle leaves promptly at 3:30 to ensure an on time ceremony. Transportation will also be provided at the end of the evening back to the hotel. Please let us know in the RSVP section if you would like to be included in the count for transportation.
While we love kids, we kindly ask that our wedding be kid-free. Only our nephews and nieces will be in attendance.

Yes, we are planning to have an outdoor ceremony. Please dress warmly. The ceremony is under a pavilion with open sides, and there will be heaters provided. The ceremony should last around 20 minutes or less.
