Flight
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
This is the best place to fly into. You could also look at Paine Field which is a smaller airport in Everett.

Travel from the Seattle area
Port Angeles is on the Olympic Peninsula and requires you to drive over or around the Puget Sound. You have two options to do this- 1. Drive south through Tacoma and around, or 2. Take a ferry with your car. Ferries can be very fun, although at times unreliable. See here for ferry times and schedules https://wsdot.wa.gov/travel/washington-state-ferries
