We will be putting it together to prevent confusion on the way up, especially in the last leg of the drive. The canyon can be intimidating, which is why we would like to have a group together to ensure safe driving.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, however, we are expecting guests to show up at 4pm. Everyone will be taking pictures at the time, but if you would like to arrive earlier, you are welcome to as long as you let us know.
The general trend in terms of weather may be a bit cold for us Tucsonians. The historical average is 66* and 38* as the low. Mother Nature will reveal itself closer to the date, so keep an eye out for changes.
Greenhouse on Woodland is considered both. If you check the website, you'll be able to see the spaces. The ceremony will be outside on the lawn spaces, while cocktail hour takes place on the patio and surrounding areas. Our reception is inside the dining hall.
The venue is not completely child-friendly. As long as the child is written in the RSVP, they are welcome to come.
The parking lot next to the venue can hold 70 cars. They request that all guests have left the property by 10pm and any cars left overnight be picked up before 11am the next day.
We are not able to provide transportation to and from the venue, therefore, we ask that everyone drinks responsibly and within their limits or have a designated driver. The venue has a strong preference against overdrinking and restricts shots. Our bartender has been instructed to cut off guests if needed.
Because this is a handcrafted event space, they have designated smoking areas and fire pits. There is a no open flame policy through the rest of the space, so please step to the side if you need a smoke break.
