Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm. There is parking on site and cars can be left overnight without a fee.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We hope you will use our wedding as a fun reason to wear your favorite cocktail/semi-formal attire! Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Will transportation be provided? Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Denver Tech Center North before the ceremony and will shuttle guests back to the hotel until 11:15pm. Otherwise we ask that you please use Ubers, Lyft, or drive a car. The event center lets all cars stay parked overnight with no tow or fees. Please travel safely!

Can I bring a plus-one?

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation and listed with your RSVP. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love all of your children, due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on your RSVP. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

What type of food will be served during cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner, desserts, and a late night snack. For those with food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to indicate any restrictions on your RSVP or reach out to us with any concerns.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

We have a block booked at the Embassy Suites by Hilton at the Denver Tech Center North (2.5 miles from venue). Please see the 'Travel' page for more the direct link.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP online through our website by July 1st, 2023.

I'm visiting from out of town, what can I do while I'm in Denver?

Answer
