Yes, all guests 18+, please bring your ID. You may have to show your ID at the first access point into West Point.

How do I get a room at the Hotel Thayer?

Answer

You can call (845) 446-4731 to get a discounted room for the night before and/or the night of the wedding. Ask for the Vairo/Schrader Wedding Rate when booking. Final cutoff for discounted room reservations is Friday, July 11, 2025. Hotel rooms booked after the cutoff date will not have the discounted rate and due to the Thayer's limited space, there may not be rooms available the night of. Please plan accordingly!

Do we have a wedding registry?

We do have a wedding registry if you would like to get us a gift or contribute to our home/honeymoon fund, though your presence is the greatest gift!
