This event has a dress code of either ALL BLACK tie & sneakers or country/boots best. (Please don’t stray from black, brown, gold & silver color scheme).

Only specified and rsvp’d guests are allowed at the ceremony due to limited and specific seating.

Answer

Kids are not reccomended at the ceremony due to very minimal space, but are so so welcome as long as there are no interruptions during the ceremony. (We understand that due to our wedding being destination, child care can be limited). 🫶🏼 Please rsvp for each child that will be attending.

We invite everyone attending to stay the evening with us to enjoy our after party, sense we realize this might be a trip for most of you! Because of this we are able to offer a 15% off lodging at our beautiful hotel. (Be sure to note it’s for the HILL wedding). We have also linked cheaper hotels & lodging in the area that we have also stayed (if preferable). MOST all hotels are within a mile or two of our venue.

If staying the night we recommend reserving lodging at least 4 months in advance due to high volume in the area at that time, using the link on our site, (Hoodoos sold out) or BOOKING.com to see what’s available. (Please be sure and note that you are staying for the HILL wedding)

YES! In order to ensure proper seating, food, etc., please rsvp for EVERY person (including children) in your party by August 2025. Thanks in advance!
