The Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so we ask for you to arrive no later than 4:15pm.
When you RSVP through our website, you will be able to view the number of seats reserved in your name. Please confirm your attendance and specify the exact number of seats required. We kindly request that only those with a confirmed reservation attend, and we ask that no additional guests or children be included unless a seat has been specifically reserved for them.
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP "yes" or "no" by July 12th, 2025. The sooner the better! This allows us to have the final headcounts we will need for the vendors prior to the wedding.
We do ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer who will capture the moment for us. Feel free to take as many photos/videos after the ceremony is finished.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same location: The Barn at Hidden Ridge. The ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside followed by a cocktail hour and reception that will take place indoors.
