Wedding Party

Lexie Oldham

Matron of Honor

Lexie and I met our first year of college and have been inseparable ever since. From late-night study sessions to celebrating each other’s wins, she’s been my rock through it all. On the same day I graduate from medical school, she graduates from dental school—a moment that perfectly captured our journey side by side. She’s not only my best friend, but also the smarter one between us ;)

Sarah Byrd

Maid of Honor

Sarah and I have been friends since high school, and she’s been like a sister to me ever since. We roomed together all through college, and some of my favorite memories come from the everyday chaos, laughter, and late-night heart-to-hearts we shared in our little dorm room. She has the voice of an angel—and an even better heart. Loyal, compassionate, and endlessly supportive, Sarah is the kind of friend everyone wishes they had, and I'm so thankful she'll be by my side.

Jordyn Hurley

Bridesmaid

Jordyn and I grew up just down the street from each other, but it wasn’t until medical school that we truly became close. Over the last four years, she’s been my constant source of laughter, sanity, and support—I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through without her. She and her future husband have become such great friends to Joey and me, and I’m so grateful for the memories we’ve made together.

Caitlin Hogue

Bridesmaid

Caitlin and I became friends in college, and from the start, she’s been one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever known—inside and out. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering bravery in the face of life’s challenges are nothing short of inspiring. She’s always there to lift me up, and watching her walk through life with such grace has been one of the greatest blessings of my college years and beyond.

Abby Holthaus

Bridesmaid

Abby is my longest and one of my most cherished friendships. We've grown up together, watched each other evolve, and somehow she still loves me despite everything she witnessed in our younger years. She even played a part in bringing Joey and me together—so I owe her more than she probably realizes. Abby deserves all the happiness in the world, and I know deep down we’ll be friends forever. After all, they say if you’ve been friends for over 10 years, you’re in it for life—and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Evie Layne

Bridesmaid

Evie is Joey’s sister and my future sister-in-law, and I couldn’t be more excited to officially become family. She has so much life and energy in her—it’s contagious in the best way. I’m really looking forward to all the memories ahead, from vacations to family gatherings to one day raising our children together. I’m so thankful she’ll be standing by my side—and her brother’s—on our big day. It means the world to us both.

Evan Edwards

Best Man

Since we all know Joey isn’t writing this, I want to say a few words about Evan and what he means to both of us. Evan and Joey have been friends long before I came into the picture, and I’ve had the chance to witness firsthand what an amazing friend he is. From the very beginning, Evan welcomed me with open arms, and his kindness and thoughtfulness have never wavered. He’s truly one of the most thoughtful people I know, and I’m so confident that Joey couldn’t have chosen a better best man.

Caleb Hill

Groomsman

Caleb is one of Joey’s closest friends—and honestly, one of my favorites too. While he and Joey are pretty different, they really bring out the best in each other. Caleb often confides in both Joey and me, but I like to think I’m the one giving the better advice. He’s kind, compassionate, and someone who truly appreciates and values love—qualities we both deeply admire. While I can’t say I’m a huge fan of golf or football, I know Joey always finds ways for them to bond—and lucky for me, I get to tag along.

Ty Blanding

Groomsman

Ty met his wife in the military, and together they’ve been wonderful friends to Joey. They share a love for playing video games, which makes for some fun and memorable times whenever they’re around. Even though they live far away, they always find time to talk, and we always look forward to their visits when they come into town. Ty’s parents have also been like a second family to Joey, making their bond even more special.

Patrick Fuller

Groomsman

Patrick and Joey first connected through video games, and though they’ve never lived in the same state, they’ve visited each other multiple times over the years, building a strong and lasting friendship. Patrick and his wife have a daughter, and watching them start their family has been truly inspiring. Joey was even a groomsman in Patrick’s wedding—a memory I know he cherishes deeply. I look forward to starting a family just like they have and sharing those special moments together.

Tyler Osborne

Groomsman

While all of Joey’s friendships have been years in the making, I like to think Tyler is the one most like me—though we still have our differences. He’s very opinionated, but right on most things almost as often as I am. With his wedding just a week before ours, we’ve shared a lot of great moments together, making this journey even more special. Tyler is also the only one of Joey’s groomsmen who lives close by, which thankfully means we get to hang out more often.

Turner Diemert

Groomsman

Turner is Joey’s cousin, and they’ve been close growing up—sharing countless memories and a strong bond that has lasted a lifetime. He recently welcomed a child and is balancing starting a family with his career in the military. Turner has always marched to the beat of his own drum, which is just one of the things that makes him so unique. Joey loves telling me stories about their childhood adventures and the special connection they’ve always had. After the big day, Turner is someone I’m proud to officially call family.
