Welcome Event

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from dresses and boots to jeans and tees.

Come and join the Bride and Groom for drinks before the big day! Dessert will be provided and there will be drinks available for purchase. Parking is limited at the Inn, refer to estes.org/parking for all parking information. If you will not be driving yourself, you can refer to the "Travel" section for Car Share information.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Formal/Cocktail: anything from long flowy dresses to a cocktail dress. Suits are welcome, tuxes are not required.

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting), please plan accordingly. Light appetizers will be served at cocktail hour and stations will be provided for dinner with an open bar. Come ready to dance and party with THE NAYLORS! Weather up in the mountains can be fairly unpredictable, make sure to watch the weather and dress accordingly. There will be parking on the premises, but if you are staying at the Ridgeline Hotel, Estes Park Condos or McGregor Mountain Lodge, a shuttle both to and from the wedding will be provided. Shuttle service will begin one hour before the ceremony and end one hour after the wedding. The shuttle will make a total of two trips, please plan accordingly.

Goodbye Breakfast

9:00 am - 11:00 am

If you haven't had enough, this will be a chance to say goodbye to Jim and Jenn NAYLOR with breakfast and coffee available for purchase.
