Wedding Day Transportation will be provided. Hotel to Ceremony Location: DoubleTree Entrance Departure Time: 2:15pm Ceremony to Reception Location: Corner of Truman Ave and Duval Departure Time: 5:00pm ***The wedding ceremony will conclude at 4pm leaving guests one hour between the ceremony and transportation pick up. Guests are encouraged to grab a drink on Duval at spots such as the Old Town Tavern & Beer Garden or Robusto Bar. Just be sure to be back in time for transportation pick up at the corner of Truman Ave and Duval Street. Reception to Hotel/Downtown Location: Fort Entrance Departure Time: 10:30pm Stops: Transportation will stop at the DoubleTree and Duval Street for those looking to continue their evening!

A shuttle is available between the DoubleTree and downtown Key West. Schedule: From DoubleTree to Downtown: Departs every hour on the hour (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) From Downtown to DoubleTree: Departs every hour at :20 past (8:20 AM – 11:20 PM) Downtown Pickup/Drop-off Location: Divers Direct (corner of Greene Street and Simonton Street, one block from Duval Street) Additional Information: This is the only downtown shuttle stop No reservations required Travel time is approximately 15–20 minutes

Airport Transportation: The DoubleTree's Airport shuttle is on-demand from 6 am to 11 pm daily. After receiving your luggage, you will need to call the hotel (305.293.1818) for pickup. The Key West International Airport is only a 5 minute drive to the Double Tree Hotel. However, no matter where you stay, just about everything in Key West is no more than a 10-15 minute drive!
