Where is the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the Axtman family home along the Columbia River in Chelan Falls, WA. The ceremony and the reception will be outdoors, so consider wearing sunscreen as you may be in the sun. The trees and canopies set up in the area should offer plenty of shade.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically during this time of year the weather is warm, around 80-90 degrees. Consider wearing sunscreen as you may be in the sun. A light jacket may also be needed for cooler temperatures in the evening. The trees and canopies set up in the area should offer plenty of shade.

What do I wear?

Answer

Garden Attire/Optional: Wear sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, sandals (we will be in grass), slacks or suits in lighter hues, dress shirts or short sleeve button downs. Consider wearing something that will keep you cool in the warm weather.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to allow time to find parking.

What will parking be like?

Answer

Parking areas are limited. Please try to carpool with other guests. There will be parking on Second Street, which is above the main venue road. We will have a golf cart available to shuttle people down to the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have limited space available at our venue. We are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Our wedding is RSVP only.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I RSVP online or mail back my RSVP?

The RSVP deadline is April 16, 2021. You can easily RSVP on our website, located on the "RSVP" tab.

What food & drinks will be available?

Answer

Between the ceremony and reception, we will have snacks available. During the reception, dinner will be served with some gluten-free and vegetarian friendly options. Drinks will consist of beer, wine, and water.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and have a honeymoon fund to contribute to. These can be found on the “registry” tab on this website.
