While you're in town, you can visit the world famous San Diego Zoo!
For our fellow Lego lovers (or theme park lovers), this is about a 40 minute drive north. There's also the Carlsbad outlet stores nearby!
Right next to the Zoo, there are a lot of museums, the Spreckels Organ Pavilion, and Japanese Friendship Garden.
If you enjoy concerts, this new venue is near downtown as well.
The San Diego County Fair will be in town and is a great place to go for food, rides, booths, and exhibits. Jenna's family enjoys visiting every year. The website will be updated with night performances/concerts closer to the opening in June.
