Things To Do

Kilmainham Gaol

Inchicore Road, Kilmainham, Dublin D08 RK28, Ireland

Old prison museum — Definitely check it out if you get the chance! This was our favorite tourist activity in Dublin, only takes an hour for the tour and tickets are cheap (but sell out quickly so buy in advance).

Murray’s Bar

33-34 O'Connell Street Upper, Rotunda, Dublin D01 E0W2, Ireland

Great Irish pub for live music and Irish dancing! We go here every time.

The Brazen Head

20 Bridge Street Lower, Usher's Quay, Dublin D08 WC64, Ireland

Ireland’s Oldest Pub! Authentic and historic gem, it’s an easy walk from the Guinness Storehouse.

Howth Cliff Walk

Dublin, Ireland

Scenic coastal part of Dublin where our engagement pics were shot!

Guinness Storehouse

The Liberties, Dublin D08 VF8H, Ireland

Galway

Galway, Ireland

Salthill Promenade

Galway, Ireland

Coastal walk along Galway Bay — great for a morning coffee stroll!

Aillwee Burren Experience

Ballycahill, Ireland

Cliffs of Moher

Co. Clare, Ireland

King John's Castle

Nicholas Street, Limerick, LK V94 FX25, Ireland

Stumbled upon during our drive from Galway to Killarney — pretty cool!

Killarney, Ireland

Killarney, Ireland

This is our favorite town in Ireland! If you’re doing a road trip make sure to include it. The national park is amazing, and JM Reidy’s Pub is a must for live music.

J.M. Reidy's

4 Main Street, Killarney, V93 CC82, Ireland

Our favorite pub in all of Ireland! So much fun, it is always lively with great music.

Killarney National Park

Muckross, Killarney, Ireland

Great national park — you can do a little hike to torc waterfall, or tour Muckross House

Dingle Peninsula

Dingle, Ireland

Scenic, coastal and beautiful town. The drive to dingle is a treat in and of itself with the most breathtaking views and sweet countryside.

Dingle Lighthouse

Lough, Ireland

Inch Beach

Ardroe, Ireland

An easy stop off on your way to dingle

Conor Pass Waterfall

Clogharee, Ireland

We stopped on our way out of Dingle to see the sights

The Pavilion Garden Centre & Restaurant

Myrtle Hill, Ballygarvan, CO T12 YD28, Ireland

Cool atrium style tea house! Go if you find yourself in cork

Blarney Castle & Gardens

Cork, CO, Ireland

This was cool — If you are spending time in cork or passing through, it’s worth checking out. I wouldn’t say it’s a must go out of your way to see place, cool historic grounds but very touristy and the line to kiss the stone is pretty long. There are plenty of other Irish castles to see, pretty much everywhere you go if you don’t make it to this one.

Kilkenny

Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland

Just an hour south of Dublin, we found this town to be a medieval little gem with the perfect blend of pub life, history, and whimsy.

Lyrath Estate Hotel

Kilkenny, County Kilkenny R95 F685, Ireland

I just loved this resort, and it is relatively inexpensive for a luxurious stay.

Kilkenny Castle

The Parade, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny R95 YRK1, Ireland

Smithwick's Experience

44 Parliament Street, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny R95 VK54, Ireland

We loved this! Very similar to the Guinness Storehouse experience, although more unique.

Matt The Millers Bar & Restaurant

1 John Street Lower, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny R95 PY7D, Ireland
