Great East Lake is located about 2 hours north of Boston, across New Hampshire and Maine's border. Christopher's Nana and Papa built the Howell Cottage in 1966, and Christopher has spent 29 summers at the lake. It is home to kayaking, boating, camping, card games, rope swings, stargazing, disconnecting, and quality family time.
