What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 9th, 2023. The RSVP site will no longer be available after that date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire such as a cocktail-length dress for women and a jacket and tie for men.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. Only alcohol brought in through a VA ABC Banquet License is allowed, otherwise we will be fined. Do not worry, our bar will be stocked!

Can I smoke or vape in the barn?

Answer

Kalero has a no tobacco policy for our reception space. This includes smoking and vaping. The use of tobacco products will be permitted outside the barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that only children over the age of ten attend our event. If we have saved a seat for your child, they will be listed in your group when you RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only those on our designated guest list will be permitted as space is limited. If we have saved a seat for your plus one, you will be able to enter their name when submitting your RSVP.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have transportation options available to and from the Harpers Ferry Clarion Inn. More information can be found on the "Travel" page.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Kalero has a large lot for parking. Guests are encouraged to leave their cars parked in the lot overnight and choose a safe ride to their destination.
