How do you get there?

Answer

There is not an airport on St. John, so you will have to fly into St. Thomas and take a ferry to St. John.

How do you get around on St. John?

Answer

Taxis are are available to get you around Cruz Bay and nearby beaches and restaurants, but most will not get you to the farther and more remote areas of the island. If you are interested in exploring more of the island, you may want to consider renting an SUV for some or all of your stay.

Do I have to stay on St. John?

Answer

Our wedding and reception charter will depart from Cruz Bay in St. John, but you do not have to stay on St. John. St. Thomas is just a short ferry ride away and has many other accommodation options. The ferry runs hourly from Red Hook, St. Thomas to Cruz Bay, St. John, throughout the day.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Beachy-Casual! Please wear something that you will be comfortable in for a day on a boat. There will be an opportunity to swim off the boat during the charter so please bring or wear a swimsuit if you would like to swim. There are two large bathrooms that you can change in on the boat. *Please note that you will not be permitted to wear shoes on the boat, so please plan accordingly.

Do I need to bring anything on the boat?

Answer

You will need to bring a non-aerosol sunscreen, a beach towel, and a swimsuit if you would like to swim.
