Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Vows & Vines in Summerland. The celebrations will be mostly outdoors, so you can expect warm weather. There will be plenty of space to enjoy the lawn and deck, and if you need to cool off, indoor areas with air conditioning will be available throughout the evening.
There is parking available at the venue, but it’s limited. We’ll be providing transportation to and from the venue for your convenience.
Yes! We'll have complimentary shuttle service from both Penticton Lakeside Resort and Four Points by Sheraton Penticton to Vows & Vines before the ceremony. Shuttles will arrive at each hotel at approximately 2:35 PM. Please be ready to board by 2:40 PM, as the shuttles will depart promptly at 2:50 PM. The drive to the venue takes approximately 15–20 minutes, ensuring everyone arrives in plenty of time for our 3:30 PM ceremony. At the end of the evening, return shuttles will run from the venue back to both hotels beginning at 9:00 PM, with the final shuttle departing at 12:00 AM (midnight).
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration an adults‑only event. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a night out!
We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up for the big day. Think "garden party formal". Ladies can wear floor‑length or tea‑length dresses, and gentlemen can wear dress shirts and pants (tie optional, no knees please!).
