Our hotel provides filtered water throughout the resort. We have stayed at the hotel previously and can confirm it's safe to drink :) Be cautious when using the sink or shower water as that will not be filtered. The ceremony and reception will also have filtered water provided at Acre. There are convenience stores walking distance from the hotel should you like to purchase bottles of water, other beverages or snacks.
Special outlet converters are NOT needed. Mexico uses the same standard plugs and voltage as the United States.
Cabo accepts US currency, and we recommend bringing small bills for tips. Credit cards are widely accepted. It is helpful to have Mexican pesos for small purchases. You can exchange before you travel, or withdraw pesos from an ATM at the airport. There is no ATM at the hotel.
Yes, we recommend downloading WhatsApp before traveling. It is the most convenient for communication. You will also communicate with hotel staff during your stay through this app.
Ubers are readily available around the city.
