Technically I was friends with Danny first, but soon a southern blonde entered my English class and we became best friends the moment our teacher yelled “Girls! You two need to be separated!” Fast forward 12 years and now we’re all living in Charlotte, NC! Despite the sometimes thousands of miles between us, I could not have asked for a better best friend. And Danny, thank you for being our third wheel for the better part of 10 years. So blessed to have this amazing fam in my life.”

My friendship with Danny began like most: with a string of bad luck. 1st- I was placed in New North sans roommate, something I had been looking forward to having for years 2nd- 9/27/2010, having reached 113 degrees, LA experienced it's hottest day since records began being kept in 1877 3rd- As New North was the only dorm without central A/C, I bought a heavy-duty portable A/C 4th- I plugged in said heavy-duty portable A/C, promptly blowing the fuse and leaving everyone without electricity. Afraid, alone and perspiring like crazy, I walked down the hall, found the coldest room, knocked on the door and asked if I could spend the night. Danny was kind enough to say yes, and I can say with absolute certainty, it was the closest he had come to love at first sight since meeting Jenna.

”Danny and I met his freshman year at USC. Many beers and a couple years later, we shared a room together in college where I first learned of Danny’s love of reorganizing furniture while I was in class. Another couple years later we lived together again, spending hours watching football on the three living room TVs and talking about fantasy. One day Danny’s love of reorganizing the living room while I was away took a drastic turn when I randomly came home to a new dog, making me Gage’s first roommate as well. I have the distinct honor of being able to say I lived with both Jenna and Danny when Jenna and her dog Dash moved in. Two roommates, two dogs, and many living room layouts later, I’m happy to be be the original third wheel in Jenna and Danny’s relationship.”

We went to Stagecoach a lot though. It was fun. Jenna is my friend except for in fantasy football. I like Jenna too.”

"Hold onto the football!". I knew I liked Danny because I too get quite angry and passionate at my video games as well. I like Jenna too - she laughs at my jokes, or at me, I'm not sure. They are the only couple I'd go to a country concert with. I hope Danny's passion and Jenna's laughter continue to grow as they build their family.”
