Casual/Western Wear encouraged.
We are having a "Day Before I Do BBQ" for our Guests who have decided to spend a little extra time in Julian with us. Space is limited to 100 max. Menu: BBQ ribs, Smoked chicken, wedge salad, mac-n-cheese, corn on the cob, & Julian's famous apple pie. We will also provide pitchers of beer and cider, a cash Bar will also be available.

Wedding @ Pine Hill Retreat

Formal or semi-formal elevated cocktail attire.
Ceremony
4:00 pm
Please arrive up to 30 minutes before the ceremony. Our Groomsmen will greet you and give you a quick tour of the grounds.
Happy Hour & photo's
5:00 pm
Cheers, the Tavern Bar will be open right after the ceremony. Then head over to the Moondance Terrace where the wedding party will join you for light bites, bocce ball on the green, and beautiful outdoor photo's.
Reception
6:00 pm
A fresh farm to table dinner will be served, followed by dancing. A Speakeasy bar will be open for cocktails.
After Party
10:00 pm
The Lounge will be open for the entire event offering hot beverages & lemon water. After 9:30 we will feature a donut wall and and have pizza's for late night bites. The Tavern Bar will be a cash bar for our Guests who want to keep the party going after 10pm.
