Mendocino has the 4th highest vaccination rate in CA (as of March 14th per the first link below). We expect staff at the wedding venues and lodging options to be vaccinated by the wedding weekend (May 22).
We will reference CDC guidelines, Mendocino and California guidelines (summarized below). 1/ If you are not fully vaccinated, please receive a negative Covid test between May 18-21. If you are fully vaccinated, please bring proof of vaccination. 2/ We will provide masks for all guests, which must be worn at all-times, regardless of vaccination status, except during meals. 3/ The ceremony and dinner will be socially distanced. 4/ Wedding guests and vendors will be the only people at Harbor House on May 22. 5/ Please do not attend if you are feeling sick, show any symptoms of covid, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive to covid in the 14 days prior to the wedding (after May 7).
If you have not been fully vaccinated, please follow CDC guidelines: arrive in the Bay Area by May 11 and self-quarantine until the wedding (at least 10 days). If you have been fully vaccinated, the latest CDC guidelines no longer recommend any testing nor quarantine period following domestic travel (as of April 2). https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/travel-during-covid19.html https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html
If you have completed vaccination (2-doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1-dose of J&J) by May 7, you are considered fully vaccinated for our wedding!
We love your kids! Unfortunately, given how tight headcount is to ensure social distancing, we won’t be able to extend invites to your kids.
