When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP! We know there isn't much time before the wedding, so it is most helpful to us for planning. The LATEST you can RSVP is May 1!

Why does my "Save the Date" say Heber but the Ceremony and Reception is in Provo?

Answer

The entire wedding, in fact, is in Provo, Utah. We were able to get a nicer venue for your pleasure and ours! Please refer to the Schedule for more information on the exact location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have a Welcome window built in to the Schedule. Arrive any time during that window. Arrive early if you wish to sign the guest book and get the best parking at the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Park across the street from the venue in the public lots. There is more than enough parking for everyone.

What are the rules for the wedding?

Answer

Please dress nice. No hoodies, graphic t-shirts, etc. If you are a member of the wedding party, you will receive separate information on what you should wear. ABSOLUTELY NO WHITE (dress shirts are fine). We are doing an "unplugged" ceremony! Please no phones during the ceremony. PERIOD! There will be plenty of time for photos afterward.

As of right now, we are still deciding on a catering service. This FAQ will be updated with more information soon.

Who can I bring to the wedding?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will also see a list of people associated with your party. We are only accounting for these people for seating, catering, and such. If you wish to substitute members of your party for someone else, please contact us before the wedding for our approval.

Will there be cake?

Answer

Short answer: No. Long answer: No, but there will be plenty of desserts during the reception!

I have an allergy. What should I do?

Answer

All ingredients used will be available and displayed. To protect from cross contamination and for cleanliness purposes, we will be using single use small-wares and individually wrapped items as much as possible. If you believe your allergy to be severe enough to require further measures, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to accommodate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are not paying for any room accommodations. However, please refer to the Travel tab for information about hotels near the venue!
