Hikes 🥾 There are so many beautiful hikes in the area. We recommend looking on Alltrails.com which can tell you various trailheads, distance & difficulty levels. (A few of our favorites that aren't too difficult and worth the views are Desolation hike or the Living Room hike) Canyon Drive 🌅 If hikes aren't your thing, take a drive through either Little Cottonwood Canyon or American Fork Canyon to take advantage of the sites.
City Creek Check out City Creek a fun indoor/outdoor shopping area including a water fountain, a fish-stocked stream, and an enormous glass ceiling that opens and closes based on the weather. Utah State Capitol This is a beautiful building where you can stroll the grounds, or head inside to check out the beautiful marble and artwork. The Gateway This is a shopping, dining and entertainment area that is in the emerging arts and culture district. There are yummy restaurant options here as well as different activities happening around the year.
Downtown Park City 🛍️ Visit the charming downtown of Park City for shopping & great restaurants. High West 🥃🍴 You can visit the High West Distillery in Wanship (30 mins outside of Park City) for lunch/dinner & for a fun tour of the distillery.
Moab is famous for it's red rock and arches. Canyonlands is one of the best places to go to drive through or hike to check out the stunning scenery. If you have time to make the 3hr 45mins drive from Salt Lake, it's well worth it.
