Please dress in cocktail-style attire. A quick note for the ladies: while high heels are welcome, we recommend avoiding stilettos due to the barn setting. Wedges and block heels are perfectly fine! Due to the unpredictable weather in September, please ensure you have a warm jacket packed.
Absolutely!! Camping is welcomed and encouraged - we will be having a coffee van with drinks and breakfast for the morning after as well as showers for you to refresh in the morning.
Signs will be displayed upon entry to the farm to direct you to parking locations on the right at the end of the driveway. Please try not to park people in - there will be plenty of room for parking. If you are younger, then please park further away from the venue to allow a shorter walk for other guests. There will be a specific area for guests who are staying the night in the camping area through the gate and to the left. If you are in a swag then please setup camp and then where possible move your car back to the parking area to minimise the amount of cars in the camping area. If you need your car in the camping area then please park it away from the general camping area to allow guests flat ground to put their tent or swag.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to provide us with a gift, a Wishing Well will be available at the reception for your contribution and best wishes. **Fun Gift Idea** Bring along your favourite bottle of wine to gift us! We'll have special labels for you to write a message or memory on. We'll open these bottles over the years on special occasions, raising a glass to the wonderful people who shared our wedding day.
The ceremony starts a 2pm so we would recommend arriving by 1:45pm. If you are camping the night we would recommend allowing time to setup your night's accommodation. We will have people on-site from 12:30pm if you would like to arrive earlier.
Yes! We will have showers, especially for camping guests who are setting up and would like a shower before the ceremony or on the Sunday morning. Please bring your own towel!
Of course - please let us know on the RSVP page or reach out so we can co-ordinate with the catering team and accommodate your needs.
We love little ones, however we respectfully request that no children attend our wedding, unless specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you all!
We will be providing a selection of white, red and sparkling wine alongside different beer options. You are more than welcome to bring spirits, and we will provide limited soft drink options to mix with.
Please give Josh a call on 0478032087 if you have any questions about the day.
We definitely recommend bringing a jumper for safety which you are welcome to leave on your seat in the barn while dancing. However, we will have heaters and fires going so everyone should be nice and cosy throughout the night,
