Question

Can I bring a guest/my kids?

Due to capacity limits, invitations are extended only to those listed in your party on the RSVP section. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

After the reception ends we will take the shuttle back to the Tru by Hilton hotel. From there, the bride & groom plan to head to Bar Louie (20586 Easthampton Plaza, Ashburn, VA 20147) for an informal after party/night cap with whoever would like to keep the party going! It's walkable from the hotel.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

River Creek Club has plenty of parking available if you'd like to drive to the wedding. If you'll be enjoying some drinks, you can take the shuttle that will leave from the Tru by Hilton for the ceremony, or you can opt to take an Uber if you'd prefer your own private ride.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is "Cocktail" - think: suit & tie for men (throw in a pocket square if you're feeling fancy!) and a cocktail dress and heels for ladies. Please leave your white dresses at home :)

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so we recommend arriving to the venue around 4:45/4:50 so that you have enough time to find a seat.

Will there be a farewell brunch on Sunday?

Answer

While we're not having an official brunch, the Tru Hilton offers free breakfast in the lobby for all guests, We plan to have breakfast there on Sunday morning with whoever is still around! There are also plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel if you'd like to try one of those instead.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Dulles airport is the closest to our venue (about 15 minutes) so that's what we recommend! DCA is about 50 minutes away.
