FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jenith Huang and Tony MacNeil
Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As this is an intimate destination celebration, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If a plus one was extended, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you in Mexico!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we adore your tiny humans, this celebration is just for the grown-ups. We hope you’ll enjoy a well-deserved weekend away to relax, dance, sip margaritas, and celebrate with us stress-free!

Question

Are all guests invited to every event?

Answer

Yes—except for the rehearsal dinner, which is an intimate, invitation-only evening. Everyone else is warmly invited to all the fun, including the welcome party and the after party (hello, dance floor!). The welcome party is totally optional but a great chance to mingle before the big day. And for the after party, come if you're still standing after all the dancing and tequila—no pressure, but highly encouraged! We understand some of you may not be able to arrive early due to work or travel plans, so when RSVPs go out, just let us know what you’ll be joining us for. We’ll be thrilled to celebrate with you whenever you arrive!

Question

Will transportation be provided for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! If you're staying at the Marriott (highly recommended), round-trip transportation is provided to the ceremony and back. You can fully enjoy the night without worrying about rides. Please be in the Marriott lobby before 4:00 PM to catch the shuttle to the venue—buses will depart promptly at 4PM! For other events like the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or after party, we’ll share details closer to the date—most will be walking distance or easy rides.

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

It’s fully outdoors—ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and all. The weather is historically beautiful in March (warm and dry), and we’ll have fans, shaded spots, and good vibes flowing all night long.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be on the beach?

Answer

Not quite on the sand—but close! We’ll be celebrating in a beautiful garden just steps from the beach, with dreamy views of the ocean and mountains. It’s all outdoors and mostly grass, so heels are totally welcome—but if you want to play it safe, we’d recommend low heels, block heels, or wedges.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ll have amazing professional photographers capturing every moment of the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you put your phones away and stay fully present during that part. Afterward? Go wild! Snap, selfie, and story to your heart’s content. Don’t forget to share—and tag us, we’d love to see the day through your eyes! 📸 IG @jenjenjenith @blowbackpolicy

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! We wouldn't invite you all the way to Mexico without one! Let’s just say we’re going out of our way to make sure everyone stays hydrated (with tequila). Bring your best behavior—by which we mean your wildest, most unhinged, absolutely unforgettable dance floor energy.

Question

Is there a curfew?

Answer

Not on our watch. The venue has a closing time, but the after-party doesn’t. Sleep is optional—memories are forever.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

It won’t. (But seriously—we picked March for its dry weather, and the venue has backup options just in case. You won’t get wet unless it’s from happy tears or spilled margaritas.)

Question

Will there be vegetarian or dietary options?

Answer

Yes! Our caterers are amazing and can accommodate dietary restrictions. Just let us know in the RSVP form and we’ll make sure you’re fed and happy.

Question

Can I Uber around Puerto Vallarta?

Answer

Yes, Uber works well in Puerto Vallarta and is usually safe, quick, and affordable. Taxis are also available, but make sure to agree on the fare ahead of time if you're not using the app.
