Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend all wedding events. We will also be providing childcare and kid friendly food during the wedding reception. Please RSVP to the bride if your children will be joining in on all the fun; we want to make sure we have enough sitters and snacks for all!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All hotel blocks are in walking distance to all wedding events. The Courtyard Marriott is the closest to venues.

Answer

We have hotel blocks at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown and the Embassy Suites Downtown.

What precautions are being taken to protect guests from Covid?

Answer

Disposable face masks will be provided at both the welcome dinner and the wedding/reception for all guests. Hand sanitizer stations will also be provided at all events and in multiple locations. There is also a large outside space in the venue to enjoy fresh air. The catering and avenue staff will be masked at all times.

Is there outside space available for fresh air as additional protection from covid?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in an outside space. We have also positioned the DJ booth and dance floor so that guest who would prefer to enjoy the wedding in the outside area can hear the music and see everything on the dance floor.
