ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Secrets is an adults-only resort and all guests must be 18 and over.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

Yes. All guests must have valid passport that does not expire for a full 6 months past your planned travel dates. We suggest that anyone without a passport should apply for one as soon as possible to allow for the processing time.

WHEN IS THE ROOM DEPOSIT DUE?

Answer

An initial deposit of $250 per person is due by February 1st, 2024. However, certain room categories may sell out quickly so we recommend making your deposit as soon as possible.

WHEN ARE THE FINAL ROOM PAYMENTS DUE?

Answer

The remainder of your room balance is due before February 8th, 2024.

DO I NEED TO EXCHANGE AMERICAN DOLLARS FOR MEXICAN PESOS?

Answer

The resort is all inclusive so you do not need to bring a large amount of cash - however we recommend to bring some small bills for tipping which can be in either American dollars or Mexican pesos.
