Yes, all are free to join the Welcome Party.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:30PM. Refreshments will be available before the ceremony begins. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00PM, so we encourage guests to allow extra time for parking and arrival.

Where should I stay?

We recommend booking a room at Hotel Winters. This is where we will be staying and is also a quick walk from the After Party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, only guests listed on the invitation are included. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, ample parking is provided at the venue.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be outdoors and the band/dancing will be indoors.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will not be provided to the venue. The wedding venue is approximately a 12-minute drive from Hotel Winters.
