The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM. Please arrive no later than 3:15PM to allow time to park, enter the ceremony space, and find a seat.
Yes, the venue has two parking lots with handicap parking as well. There will be a parking attendant as well as a golf cart for those who may have trouble getting from the parking lot to the ceremony space.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies - midi, formal, tea-length, or floor length dresses. Gentleman - dress shirt, tie, sport coat, or suit. Bright colors, pastels and floral patterns are encouraged!
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and we would love for you to share them with us as well!
If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation as well as under your name when you go to RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation.
Yes, there will be an open bar serving beer and wine as well as specialty cocktails. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone and will provide a shuttle for those staying at the Holiday Inn Express.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will be inside.
