Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, NY. The entire celebration will be held on the same property, so no need to travel between locations throughout the evening.
Our wedding is Black Tie. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are highly encouraged to match the elegance of the evening. If black tie is not available to you, formal attire is also acceptable—we just ask that guests dress elevated and celebratory. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, NY. To ensure a smooth and relaxed start to the evening, we kindly ask guests to begin arriving between 6:15 PM and 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, we’ll be offering pre-ceremony welcome drinks in the cocktail hour space. This is a great time to mingle, enjoy a beverage, and get settled before the ceremony space opens. Please allow ample time for valet parking, check-in, and seating, so we can begin the ceremony on time and create a beautiful, uninterrupted moment together. Pre-ceremony drinks will be served in the cocktail hour space prior to the ceremony.
Yes! A complimentary shuttle will be provided for all guests. Shuttles will depart from the DoubleTree by Hilton Poughkeepsie, where our official room block is located. Exact shuttle times will be shared closer to the date on our Travel tab, so please check back as the wedding approaches.
While we adore your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults-only. We kindly ask that guests be 21 years or older, with the exception of children in the bridal party. We hope this allows all guests a chance to relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the event intimate, we are only able to accommodate plus ones for guests who received one on their invitation or RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special day with you. We promise it will be a beautiful night surrounded by familiar faces, love, and celebration.
We kindly ask all guests to be fully present with us during the ceremony. It will be an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones, cameras, or recordings. We’ve hired a professional photo and video team to capture every moment. Additionally, we kindly ask that guests refrain from posting ceremony photos or videos online until we’ve had the opportunity to share them ourselves.
Please RSVP by May 6, 2026. We ask that all guests respond by the deadline so we can finalize head-counts and, seating with our venue. If your RSVP is not received by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding!

Absolutely! There will be a full open bar, and it will be glorious. 🍸🍾 We’re bringing the vibes, the bubbles, the cocktails, and maybe even some questionable dance moves. Come ready to toast, sip, and celebrate like you mean it. Hydrate before you arrive—this night’s going to be one for the books.
Dinner will be made to order and served tableside by The Grandview’s event staff. Once seated, you’ll be able to choose your entrée directly with your server. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform your server during dinner so accommodations can be made.

Yes! Valet parking will be available for all guests attending the wedding at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, NY. Upon arrival, simply pull up to the main entrance, and a valet attendant will be happy to assist you. There is no need to self-park or search for a spot—just arrive, hand off your keys, and head inside to enjoy the celebration!
