What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire, please.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are opting for an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from photo or video during the ceremony. We want you all to fully enjoy the moment during the ceremony, while our photographers capture it for us. You are free to take photos after the ceremony, as long as it does not interfere with our photographer and videographer getting the best shots possible! We will share the results of the professional photos and video with all of our guests.

How can I see photos that other guests took and share the photos that I took?

Answer

Please download the app "The Guest" onto your phone, and join our photo sharing album/event. Use our event code JENNIFERARIA2021 to find and join our event. You will be able to see photos that others take, and all the photos you take during the event will automatically be uploaded in real-time to the album for everyone to enjoy! Or you can turn off auto-sharing and manually upload all the photos you took to this album later. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on-site at our venue as well as an overflow lot. Spaces might be limited however, so ride-share when possible!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do have a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pittsford. See our "Travel" page for information on how to book. If you wish to stay elsewhere, see our "Travel" page for other recommendations!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We hope to have a shuttle from our hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue, but will only be able to book the shuttle once the hotel block is filled. We will update our website as information becomes available.

What changes are being made in light of COVID-19 Delta Variant?

Answer

New restrictions are in place due to the Delta Variant. We have reached out to all guests about vaccine status, and only one guest is unvaccinated and will be taking a COVID test the day before. For vaccinated guests, masks and COVID testing are not required at this time, unless someone has had a known COVID exposure. Any unvaccinated guests (or vaccinated guests with an exposure) are to take a COVID test within 48 hours of the event. As everyone knows, the situation with COVID is changing constantly. If there are any changes we will update this section promptly.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be indoors. There will be a small patio with a firepit outside though, so bring a weather-appropriate jacket if you wish to spend some time outside.

Answer

Can I remove an item from the Zola registry if I choose to purchase from a different store?

Answer

Zola can certainly mark items bought elsewhere as “purchased”. After all, we want to keep the registry as accurate as possible, to minimize the possibility of receiving duplicates. Guests can call Zola's friendly support team at (408) 657-9652, or email support@zola.com. Zola will need both of our full names, the wedding date, and the item(s) purchased. Also, Zola will need guests to give them their full name, and the order confirmation number. Alternatively, Zola does offer price matching. Simply email support@zola.com if you find the same item for a better price and they will match it.
