Starting September 13th and in accordance with NY law, 74Wythe will require all individuals to show proof of vaccine upon entry. All guests must present at least one of the following to security at the door: - Physical vaccine card - Digital photo of vaccine card (on phone) - Photo uploaded to the State-run Excelsior Pass - applies to NY State vaccinations only - NYC vaccine passport app (NYCCOVIDSAFE) - apples to both in & out of state vaccinations - CLEAR App - Negative test does *NOT* count, no exceptions - Currently, proof of one dose of a two-dose series (or the 1-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is accepted as proof of vaccination (regardless of number of days since the first dose was administered)
