Jen and Tommy's story starts in 2017, when the two were cast in An Inspector Calls at their high school, Collegiate Academy in Erie, PA. Ironically, Jen and Tommy played an engaged couple navigating a murder mystery and family drama at their engagement party. Through this play, Tommy and Jen became close friends. So close that they set each other up with other people... Fast forward five years, Jen found herself single, about to move back to Erie, and without a pair of glasses. Black Friday 2022 marks the rekindling of friendship between Tommy and Jen, when Jen waltzed into her local LensCrafters looking for glasses but found a familiar face. The two spoke briefly after Jen's brave "Hi, Tommy," but it was Tommy's "Let's catch up more" text that really gets this love story rollin'. The following week, the couple met at the Flagship Food Court for drinks and ended up talking for eight hours. They both left at 4AM knowing that this was different. Tommy immediately sets up another date, and another. Their love for each other grew with every conversation, every joke, every Spongebob reference, and every Star Wars movie watched. Tommy proposed to Jen on May 26th, 2024 on Presque Isle. Tommy, Jen, and their dog, Cody, arrived to take a walk through the state park. Jen was attempting to untangle Cody from a loose headrest when Tommy got down on one knee. The moment was just between them, while both of their families anticipated the call. Jen and Tommy are so excited to start their marriage together. They would like to shout out Mr. Tryzbiak, their drama teacher, for casting them in multiple couple roles that kick-started their story. Also, a shoutout to Jen's broken glasses, for they were a worthy sacrifice for love. And a shoutout to YOU, for being a part of Tommy and Jen's wedding and lives.
