We met through Groupon! A co-worker told Jen about a Groupon for Aikido, and a couple days later, Jen decided to check out the dojo. At the edge of the training mats, she struck up a conversation with the instructor to learn more about the school. Sul was assisting with the class and walked over to say hi and help. It was love at first sight and the rest is history.

It was an ordinary evening after work when Sul suggested we go for a drive. This is something we do regularly to just get out of the house and get some fresh air. We went down Kelly Drive and Sul was playing some of "our songs" on the speakers. On the way back, he pulled over to one of our favorite spots on Kelley Drive. Sul asked Jen if she was wearing her promise ring, and she said yes and showed it to him. He said he has a better one and pulled out her engagement ring. Before he could finishing kneeling down and ask the big question she said "YES," and they were engaged.

Say what?! Yes, we are already married! Sulaiman's parents had a surprise wedding for us at their home in Philly. We promise to share all the deets at the reception :) We look forward to celebrating this next chapter of our lives with you! See you there!
